Product Information

The Invivo TrackPointerTM is a minimally invasive instrument. It allows best orientation and facilitates the exact localization of suspect lesions or high-risk structures during MRI guided interventions. The TrackPointerTM is a tube which can either be filled with a sodium chloride solution (0.09%) or with a solution of Gd-DTPA (1%). The TrackPointerTM can be adapted to several tracking systems (e.g. GE Flash Pointer). The positive signal of the pointer makes it visible outside the patient and in air-filled areas. It helps the physician to plan the intervention and avoid calibration errors.
