The Invivo MRI/Conventional BiopsyKitTM comes as |
a set including an MR compatible coaxial needle with |
two regular stainless steel biopsy guns. |
|
The coaxial needle is inserted into the respective |
region under MRI guidance. After the placement of |
the coaxial needle, the patient is moved out of the |
MRI and the biopsy gun is completely inserted |
through the coaxial needle in order to access the |
area of interest at the tip of the coaxial needle. |
